One contact person for all hardware
and software needs

Priority hotline to minimize down-
time. You will be provided a private
contact cell number so that you can
receive support at any time, day or
night.

Up to three (3) free service calls per
month ($180 value) -- Beyond the
free service calls a discounted
hourly rate applies:

First thirty minutes free
(normal service call is $60 plus labor)

$60 per hour after the first thirty minutes (normal hourly rate is $100 per hour on site)

One on-site preventive mainte-
nance visit per month ($165 value)
which includes:

Hard disk diagnostics to
catch hardware problems before they happen

Hard disk cleanup for better performance

General exam to identify
potential problems

Special pricing on hardware

Free consulting and telephone tech
support as needed

24 hour emergency service includ-
ing weekends (each evening and
weekend service call counts as two
service calls against the three per
month limit)

Gold Plan ($55 per workstation per month*):

Includes everything in the Silver package,
with the following modifications:

Up to five (5) free service calls are
allowed per month

First hour of each service call is free

$40 per hour after initial hour

Platinum Plan ($65 per workstation per month*):

Includes everything in the Silver package,
with the following modifications:

Unlimited free service calls

Unlimited free labor per service call

Lifetime warranty on all systems/
parts purchased from Aaron Com-
puters while under contract

*$135 per month minimum
